This 5/8" thick underlayment comes in a 4’ x 20’ roll that is easy to transport and quick to install. Developed to ensure flooring stability, CONTACK features steel plates every 10" (12" C/C) that firmly secure the wood strips they contain to the solid hardwood floor by bending back the tips of nails driven into them.

    With an FIIC rating higher than 60, CONTACK provides acoustic insulation well beyond the established standards, and its thermal coefficient makes it an outstanding insulating material. With a vapor barrier film that resists moisture, mildew, cold, and heat in any season, it provides tranquility and peace of mind while improving your energy efficiency.

    CONTACK, is an environmentally friendly product consisting of 100% recyclable materials. It is odorless and free of formaldehyde and toxic fumes.
